Change is never easy. That’s why CELL, in partnership with New Tech Network, formed the Indiana New Tech Network. Members include schools, community and business partners, higher education institutions, and policy-makers involved with New Tech in Indiana. The network serves as a support system for building assets and sharing resources. Members develop strong connections, strategic alliances and cooperative leadership to incite innovation and champion changes that promote New Tech development in local communities across the state.
