Early College and New Technology High Schools Honored by Indiana State Board of Education

In its monthly “Spotlight on Learning,” the Indiana State Board of Education recognized Indiana’s development of the Early College and New Technology High School model and celebrated six outstanding schools that serve as exemplary model programs on March 4, 2009. Charles A. Tindley Accelerated School, Ben Davis University High School and Lawrence Early College High School for Science and Technologies were recognized as endorsed Indiana Early College High School model sites. Zebra New Tech High, New Tech High @ Arsenal Tech and New Tech School of IDEAS were recognized for their distinguished implementation of the principles and practices of the New Technology High School model.
