Leaders at all levels—school, business, community and higher education— need reliable information to make significant improvements to schools and student learning. CELL has placed a special focus on supporting the use of research-based practices by educational leaders to impact school reform. CELL is responding to the needs of the P-16 community by conducting research on the topics of most concern and interest to principals and superintendents across Indiana. By collecting and disseminating current knowledge on school improvement and providing opportunities for education leaders and practitioners to learn about and implement best practices, CELL is working to develop the local and statewide capacity to understand and use research in decision making to improve schools across Indiana.
