The Annual Pathways to Careers and Postsecondary (P-CAP) Convening will be a time for P-CAP Network
member schools to come together around their shared commitment to transform the pathways of their
under-engaged yet high-potential students.

The agenda includes time for P-CAP school teams to:

• Connect with their statewide peers
• Expand their understanding of training topics relevant to the P-CAP strategies
• Build out their P-CAP program with dedicated team time
• Feel renewed and celebrated for their work as P-CAP leaders

Audience: We encourage schools to bring key representatives of their P-CAP teams, including administrators, lead learners, counselors, and their work-based learning coordinators. While the agenda will not be specifically designed for them, higher education and industry partners are also welcome to attend.
