Dual Credit: Addressing the Frequently Asked Questions - School Counselor Lunch and Learn
Indiana’s dual credit landscape can be complicated to navigate—and counselors are often the ones helping students, families, and colleagues make sense of it.
The revised Indiana Dual Credit FAQ (June 2026) is designed to help. Developed through a statewide collaboration led by the Indiana Commission for Higher Education in partnership with Ivy Tech Community College, Indiana University’s Advance College Project, Vincennes University, Ball State University, and CELL’s Early College High School initiative, the FAQ provides school administrators, counselors, and other practitioners with clear, current guidance on Indiana dual credit policy and practice.
During this interactive Lunch & Learn, representatives from the organizations that led the revision effort will walk participants through the updated resource, address common areas of confusion, and answer questions from the field. Attendees will leave with a stronger understanding of Indiana’s dual credit ecosystem and a practical resource they can turn to as questions arise.
