Indiana School Leaders Pipeline

The Indiana School Leaders Pipeline (ISLP) prepares aspiring principals while helping current principals continue building their skills through job-embedded professional learning and mentorship.

The three-year initiative focuses on instructional improvement, literacy, artificial intelligence, and effective school leadership across K-12 settings. ISLP also provides a pathway to Indiana Building-Level Administrator licensure for future principals.

Science of Learning Micro-Credential

CELL’s Science of Learning Micro-Credential helps school leaders deepen their understanding of how students learn so they can use that knowledge to strengthen instruction across their schools.

The eight-week online program explores research-based strategies including retrieval practice, spacing, cognitive load, and effective questioning. Participants gain a stronger foundation for supporting teachers, shaping professional learning, and making instructional decisions grounded in how learning happens.
